I was not re-elected to the Board of Library Trustees.

The townspeople don't know what they had or what they didn't have.

It is not that their decision was a bad one or a good one - it is that they haven;t the foggiest what I stand for or against - and know even less about the OTHER candidates.

I HATE that.

Oh well. THAT is both the personality of the town and the personality ofthe Josh.

that happened to my mom a number of years ago when she ran for our local schoolboard. it's very sad that so many people campaigned against her for being a jew. what tells you how well-informed the voters were is the fact that she's an italian catholic, married to an irish catholic.
