My friend Warren (whom some of you know) is looking for help for a course project on non-verbal communication - and has a shortish poll he'd like folks to take.

Agree.

The usefulness of electronic communication was had for to rate as well. It benefits from having a written record and looses on some, but not all, of the nonverbal communication.
