You mean, the magnets they have the cows swallow to collect anything metal they might eat that would damage their digestive system?

Or do you mean something else?

I know that we have magnets that are cows in my house?

Yes. My friend's dad is some sort of cow expert. Seriously. He travels all over the world to talk to people about cows and he'd give us rides or stuff back in middle school sometimes and sometimes would tell us weird things about cows.

Yep, but I've had an undergrad degree in Animal Science/Agriculture. :) Also in PA, cow magnets were necessary on old dairy farms with lots of junk in the pastures.

Do you know...

Yup!

High powered magnets on cows so you can put a cow on your refridgerator... what else do you do with magnets? Fresh meat, coming right up!

-CENSORED FOR VIOLENCE-

That would make it one difficult cow to butcher.

No, I didn't know until now.

Yop, and once I got stuck between one and a metal chair. Not fun.

I know this was ages ago, but, yes, I do.

Do you know what else causes cows to have to be opened up every few years, besides magnets?
