Group Dynamics
Oct. 15th, 2003 03:33 amIt is hard to resolve an issue without honest dialogue.
When you have a particular goal, and you claim that your goal is something else, then how are the folks who actually DO get to make the decision suposed to make it?
And what if the group is unhappy with the decisions made by teh person in charge? What are they to do? Take their toys and go home? (Or, in one case, leave the toys there as they belog to the person in charge?)
Somehow, I do not think that either group is going to be satisfied with what the person in charge does.
And I wonder what will happen. Either way, I expect that my daily routine will be changed... perhaps it will be for the better.
Of course, the group that **I** am in charge of needs a major change.
And the other groups, which I have not been able to spend time and energy on? Well... perhaps it is time to let them go, too.
