Following the rules
Mar. 21st, 2006 12:39 amIt boggles my mind. The rules are clear. The contract is clear. You do what you have agreed to do, for the best of all concerned. Or you get suspended.
It has been that way from the start, no matter who was in charge.
And yet, somehow, there is an insistence that in this case, it should be different. "Let me have my way!"
Well, guess what, Mr. Soriano? The power is all with the owners and not with you. You do not get to decide where you play. You do not get to decide how often you play.
I do hope he changes his mind. I don't expect he will.
