My two favorite lines from Super Tuesday's news coverage:
"GOP, Democratic contests in California too close to call, NBC projects" This came early in the night, but it is such an absurd statement, for all that it was true.
This morning, I read the following, which was actually written today as analysis of yesterday's vote, so her... tenses are a bit odd.
"There is also expected to be a larger turnout than predicted among conservatives and evangelicals GOP voters." This is from an ABC News article by Emily Friedman, whose headline and sub-headline note:

Romney Vows Campaign Will Go On as GOP Contest Shapes Up as Two-Man Race
So... which two men did the headliner have in mind? McCain, with 8 states, is clearly one of them. But Romney won in 7 and Huckabee in 6.
