So, tonight, about 2:30am, my cable modem or its cable died, so I am now using dial up on my ancient laptop from the last millennium.

Suffice it to say that I will not be on as much until I get it fixed.

Presidential Signing Statements

While in some cases, presidents have used these to explain their understandings of bills, never (to the best of my knowledge) has a president used them to explain exactly why he was not going to abide by the law that had been passed by Congress.

This president does - regularly.
