Boskone

Two nights. The better part of two days. Lots of people. Old friends. New friends. Some friends missing. Lots of fun names, for one reason and another.

Marina and Marena. Dalton and Dylan. Arika and Eric. Got to see Laurie, but not Shayin. Ariel was there as stand-in, of sorts, and I think it had been a few years since I saw her.

kitmf came up - she is not frequently at Boskone. She, dzmonster, tammy212, timeliebe, and (lj user whose lj sn I am forgetting) were all there for dinner, along with various friends, relatives, etc.

beanswednesday, wenzel, camlina, and ly_ragnorak were not there. Nor did I see flabosib, though I know she was around. I did get to see jslove and persis. I stayed with llennhoff and, for one night, the son of shava23.

So many other people, whether at length or briefly. Got to watch a swords and knives demo with superfinemind and a variety of other Higgins Armory Museum people. Also attended a reading of Out of the Wild by/with Sarah Beth Durst. Spent a bit of time with Trick the Darking and Catalin 101 of Sheroes as well as Darkmoon.

I had a good time. It ended sooner than I wanted it to, if not sooner than others did.
