Confidence

Believing in oneself is not the all or nothing game that I often hear it painted as. People can often be confident in one area while totally insecure in another. This is not necessarily something wrong with them!
Frequently, one is ignorant of the degree of confidence present in an area of strength. "Well, sure, I can do that." With no sense of confidence or expectation or pressure.
Similarly, we see somebody with all the confidence in the world, but we do not see that person's issues or weaknesses.
At least, I think this is all true. Maybe it isn't...
